Herbal Medicine- this therapy is one of the oldest forms of medicine on the planet. There are formulas that we still use in (TCM)Traditional Chinese Medicine that are several thousand years old and still just as effective. One of the most unique things about TCM formulas is that they are very well thought out. Each formula has one or two chief herbs that have a very specific job. Then the formula will have several deputy herbs that support the chief herbs by doing a similar action or something that will make the chief herbs more effective. And lastly, their are herbs that harmonize the formula, or open up certain pathways to make the formula easier on the system and deter any possible negative side effects. This is a very different and more effective method than just putting several herbs together in a formula with a similar action or that affects a certain area of the body in a certain way like most other formulas for sale.

Cupping- this is an ancient Chinese therapy which a local suction is created on the skin; practitioners believe this mobilizes blood flow in order to promote healing. Suction is created using heat (fire) or mechanical devices (hand or electrical pumps). It is very good for acute or chronic muscle tension. It can also be used to help with chest congestion, cough and other upper respiratory conditions.

Moxibustion- this therapy  is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves the burning of mugwort, a small, spongy herb, to facilitate healing. Moxibustion has been used throughout Asia for thousands of years; in fact, the actual Chinese character for acupuncture, translated literally, means "acupuncture-moxibustion." The purpose of moxibustion, as with most forms of traditional Chinese medicine, is to strengthen the blood, stimulate the flow of qi, and maintain general health.

Electrical Stimulation- process in which a wire is attached to an acupuncture needle
charged with electrical currents are inserted into specific meridian points to stimulate the sites and facilitate healing. Electroacupuncture, as it is sometimes called, can help to reduce inflammation, swelling, pain and increase blood and lymph flow.

Qigong/Reiki-Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Qigong healing is quite similar to Reiki energy healing, the practitioner can influence the Qi in the patient with his/her hands on or off the body. This type of therapy can be very good for emotional healing and balance, especially for people that don't like or want traditional methods of massage or acupuncture.

Acutonics-this therapy is a system of vibrational sound healing rooted in Oriental Medicine and philosophy that utilizes tuning forks to balance the flow of the meridians. Certain sound frequencies stimulate or soothe the flow of energy flowing through the meridians.
